NIDA Consulting Center accompanied with Personnel Management Association of Thailand held seminar “Decoding Peter Senge: The Fifth Discipline – The Art & Practice of The Organization Learning” on Tuesday February 23, 2016 at 13.30 – 16.00 at Dr. Somsak-Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul Hall, Siam Boromrajakumari Building, National Institute of Development Administration.

Keynote speakers included Mr. Bowornnan Thongkalya (Senior Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration Group, Mitr Phol Sugar Corp., Ltd.) and Assist. Prof. Dr. Sombat Kusumavalee (Director of NIDA Consulting Center, Faculty of School of Human Resource Development, National Institute of Development Administration). The seminar drew 191 attendees from government agencies, state enterprises, and private organizations.
