NCC Forum “Mentoring System Development for Quality Workforce in Public Sector”

NIDA Consulting Center held NCC Forum “Mentoring System Development for Quality Workforce in Public Sector” on Friday September 20, 2019 at room 3001, floor 3 Navamindradhiraj Building, National Institute of Development Administration.

The forum aimed to build knowledge and understanding about the importance of mentors and mentoring system as well as development of essential skills for mentor, and to exchange opinions about mentoring system which is human resource management guideline in maintaining a quality workforce.

Keynote speakers included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Juthamas Kaewpijit (Director of Leadership, Management, and Innovation Program, School of Human Resource Development, National Institute of Development Administration) and Mr. Ariya Sakulkaew (Human Resource Officer, Senior Professional Level Senior Executive Service Centre, Office of the Civil Service Commission).

Building mentoring system in government agencies will be beneficial for all parties. In addition, mentoring system is the process which develops and maintains high performance people and retains talented and good people in organization by creating an atmosphere that encourages learning and allows them to actively give their opinion with creativity and embrace new challenges.
